Yes you can download our standard product drawings from the product pages or we create new drawings for custom projects and email them across, typically within a few hours from order.

Start by giving us a call. We are patient and will ask you a number of questions to work out exactly what you need. We like to start by giving you a quote based on what has been discussed. Once you are ready to proceed we request a deposit on the order and create drawings for your approval. Our drawings are easy to understand and we provide 3D models to give you a very good understanding. We may also request to visit site at this stage to confirm details prior to manufacture.

Because 90% of what we do is custom and specialised in the drainage space we have great economies of scale and custom prices aren’t much different to off the shelf options.

Depending on the type of product and quantity ordered the lead time can vary between 1 week and 2.5 weeks. Express options may also be available depending on the workload at the time.

Yes we can deliver our products nationwide. We have access to the best national freight rates and can provide you with a freight quote and lead time on demand.

Yes all of our products are available in commercial/ foodsafe SS304 or marine grade SS316. SS316 is typically about 10-15% more cost than SS304 options. SS304 is a good choice for food and general private and commercial applications. SS316 is the best choice for coastal or corrosive environments.

By default the stainless steel products that we supply are cleaned and pasivated to remove heat marks and contaminents from fabrication. We also offer full immersive pickle passivation and electro polishing based on the project requirements.

Stainless steel has an incredibly long lifespan and is resistant to rust and corrosion unlike steel products. Stainless steel is also much stronger than aluminium. Stainless steel channels are light weight and easy to handle unlike products made from heavier materials like polymer concrete. Stainless steel has no issues with UV unlike plastic solutions which break down and fall apart in external environments. Stainless steel is the best choice to acheive successful drainage in the long term.

Yes we can arrange on site welding services specific to the installation of our drains. Sometimes our clients request this in large commercial food processing plants or kitchens where the asset owner wants everything to be seal welded.
